The small rectangle is laid straight or offset. Kitchen backsplashes, bathroom floors and walls, shower walls and floors, and indoor floors and walls in homes and commercial spaces are where this small tile is laid. Since the polished surface can be slippery on a wet floor, this is taken into account on shower floors.
102 pieces per 1 m²: quantity and cleaning
102 pieces are needed per 1 m², and the weight per square meter is 27 kg; a one-meter horizontal row takes 7.1 pieces. Since the number of pieces is high, the cutting and waste allowance must be added to the quantity. Because it is natural stone, the tone varies from piece to piece, so boxes are mixed when laying. Marble sealer is applied to the surface and refreshed over time. Acids leave marks on the glossy surface, and these marks are easy to spot; a pH-neutral product is used for cleaning.
