Small-format Avenza: from walls to shower floors
This small format is used in bathrooms, on shower floors and shower walls, as backsplash covering, and on the floors of homes and workplaces. In the shower, honed marble is less slippery than polished marble when wet. The rectangular form is laid in straight rows or staggered. For kitchen backsplashes, it is a small-format option among the kitchen wall tiles.
102 pieces per square meter and stone care
Since this is a small tile with about 102 pieces per square meter, do not forget the waste allowance when ordering. Natural stone has tonal variation; balance the distribution by laying the Avenza tiles out mixed on the floor before installation. Once laying is complete, sealer is applied to the surface. Limescale removers and vinegar leave marks on marble, so choose a non-acidic product when wiping. Other sizes with the same surface are on the honed tiles and marble pages.
