Product Description
Bianco Dolomiti Polished Meshed Arabesque Marble Mosaic is a white marble sheet in which lantern-shaped curved pieces interlock side by side. Gray and beige veins run across the pieces; the polished surface reflects light and brings out these veins. The sheet size is 30.5x30.5 cm, the thickness is 1 cm, and a single sheet weighs 3.21 kg.

Backsplash and shower wall with arabesque mosaic
It is used as a backsplash in the kitchen and on shower walls in the bathroom; it can also be laid on shower floors, lightly used floors in homes and in commercial interiors. The curved edges create many grout lines, so the grout color noticeably affects the look of the sheet. If it will be used on a floor, keep in mind that the glossy surface can become slippery when wet; in the shower, the sheet's dense joints make it easier for feet to grip. Similar finishes are in polished marble surfaces, and other patterns in the mosaic collection.
When laying polished arabesque sheets
About 10.7 sheets cover one square meter; add an allowance for cutting and waste. Tone variation is natural in stone; mix the sheets and dry-lay them first. White adhesive prevents light-colored marble from picking up color from behind. Acid marks are more noticeable on a glossy surface; marble is sensitive to acids such as lemon juice and vinegar. A pH-neutral product is sufficient for cleaning, while sealer is reapplied at intervals.
