Fan-patterned Black Leaf as a backsplash
Black Leaf is used on indoor walls in homes and commercial spaces, on shower walls, and as a backsplash in the kitchen; it can also be laid on lightly used floors in homes. Black Leaf is not recommended for shower floors, however. As the tiles come together side by side, the fan motifs form a repeating pattern on the wall. Options for the kitchen are in backsplash tiles, and other patterns on the ceramic tile page.
43.3 tiles and cleaning for Black Leaf
43.3 Black Leaf tiles are needed per 1 m²; add extra pieces to the order for cuts. Since it is ceramic, this tile does not require sealer. The white-background, black-motif surface is wiped with a damp cloth, and a neutral product is sufficient for cleaning. One tile weighs 0.46 kg and covers 0.02 m²; a square meter of the tile comes to 19.89 kg.
