Small-format honed marble on walls and in the shower
Indoor floors and walls at home and in the workplace, and only the wall in the shower, are where this product is used; it is not recommended for the shower floor. These slim pieces can be laid in straight rows, an offset pattern or a herringbone pattern. Other options are on the honed stone options and wall tiles pages.
How many of these small pieces are needed?
109.6 of these small pieces go into a square meter, so the order quantity grows quickly; calculate including cutting waste. The advantage of the honed surface is that it hides scratches and wear from everyday use better than a glossy surface. On the other hand, because it is porous, a sealer is essential after laying. Natural marble is damaged when it comes into contact with acid; choose a pH-neutral product for cleaning. One piece weighs 0.49 kg, the weight per square meter is 54 kg.
