Living room and bathroom floors with square 61x61 marble
Used in homes on the floors of living rooms and bedrooms, on walls, on bathroom floors and on countertops, this tile also serves as floor and wall cladding in the interiors of commercial spaces. In the shower it is applied to walls; it is not recommended for the floor. With a 61 cm side, the tile reduces grout lines over large areas; in return, it requires a properly prepared screed and adhesive applied so that no voids remain under the tile. Other stones with the same finish are on the polished tiles page.
Weight and care of the 61x61 polished tile
20.43 kg per tile; especially for wall applications, the supporting surface should be chosen accordingly. One square meter is covered with about 2.7 tiles; do not forget to add a waste allowance. The crack-like white veins vary in density on each tile; laying from mixed boxes evens out the distribution. Care is simple: sealer on the marble tile surface, and acid-free products for cleaning.
