With a long side of 80 cm, Diana Royal Polished Beveled Marble Tile 40x80 cm comes in a thickness of 1.5 cm. White and dark beige veins run in broad lines across the beige background, and in some pieces white bands become concentrated. The polished surface highlights this movement, and the beveled edge makes the grout line visible.

Layout and areas of use for 40x80 cm polished marble
This rectangular tile is laid in a straight grid or with offset rows. Bathroom floors and walls, shower walls, floors and walls in commercial and residential interiors, residential countertops and backsplashes are where it belongs. It is not recommended for shower floor covering; there, the 80 cm long tile goes only on the wall. Polished stone can become slippery when wet, which needs to be taken into account on bathroom floors.
Quantity, weight and care of the polished surface
A tile 80 cm long requires a flat subfloor and adhesive with no voids behind it. 3.1 pieces are needed per square meter; the number is increased slightly for cuts at the edges. To see the distribution of the veins, first dry-lay the tiles on the floor, then fix them. Sealer is applied to the marble surface and refreshed at intervals. Acidic cleaners leave marks that are quickly noticeable on the polished surface.
