Product Description
Diana Royal Polished Marble Tile 61x61 cm is a square marble tile slab, 2 cm thick with beveled edges; a single piece covers an area of 0.37 m². Cream and beige tones spread across the surface like clouds, with thin white veins running between them. The polished surface reflects light, which is why the veins stand out.

Living rooms and bathrooms with a 61x61 cm square slab
In this size, with 61 cm sides, the number of grout joints decreases; indoor floors of homes and commercial spaces are covered with few joints using this slab. The beveled edges leave a small slope at each joint, which makes the lines visible. Bathroom walls and bathroom floors, residential countertops, backsplashes and shower walls are also places where this stone is used. In the shower, only the wall is covered with this slab; it is not recommended for the shower floor.
What to watch for when laying a 20 kg slab
A single slab weighs 20.46 kg; if it will be applied to a wall, the surface behind must be solid enough for this weight. On the floor, a 61 cm square requires a level screed and an adhesive bed that leaves no voids under the slab. 2.7 slabs are calculated per 1 m², and an allowance is added to the order for cuts at the room edges. Since tone and veining vary from slab to slab, doing a dry layout on the floor first and choosing the order balances the distribution. A sealer is applied to the porous stone and repeated as the layer wears; on polished marble, a drop of lemon or vinegar leaves a mark.
