Backsplash and shower walls with Gelosia
Most of the places where this tile is used are walls: indoor walls in homes and commercial spaces, shower walls and the kitchen backsplash. Kitchen and living room walls at home are also among these places. On floors, it is suitable only for light use inside homes. It is not used on shower floors; it is also not recommended for outdoor use. Other options for the kitchen are on the backsplash page, and other ceramic tile models are on a separate page.
Calculating quantity for 15x15 ceramic
About 44.4 tiles cover 1 m²; 6.7 pieces are enough for a one-meter row. Add a waste allowance to the order for corner and edge cuts. The ceramic surface does not need sealer; wiping with a damp cloth and a neutral cleaner is enough. Care is the same on the backsplash and on the wall: a neutral cleaner instead of acidic products.
