Product Description
White marble pieces changing direction in a woven arrangement create the pattern of the Glacier Honed Basketweave Marble Mosaic 25x50 mm. There are small dark squares where the pieces meet; the pattern becomes distinct through this contrast. Each sheet has 30.5 cm sides and is 1 cm thick.

Glacier basketweave mosaic in a shower and on a backsplash
Basketweave Glacier is used on indoor floors and walls, on shower floors and shower walls, and in the kitchen behind the countertop. The dense grout between the small pieces helps with grip on a wet shower floor. The honed surface does not shine; it gives a matte look that reflects little light. For the kitchen, see backsplash options; for other models, the mosaic collection page.
Grouting and protection for basketweave
10.7 sheets of 30.5x30.5 cm are needed per square meter, with the cutting allowance added separately. Because the woven pattern has many grout lines, the color of the grout becomes decisive in the look of this mosaic. Glacier is a porous stone; a protective sealer is applied to the surface and renewed as its effect diminishes. Marble is sensitive to lemon, vinegar and limescale remover; choose a pH-neutral product for cleaning.
