Product Description
The Mayfair Honed Limestone Tile 60x60 cm is a large square limestone tile, gray in color and 2 cm thick. Small dark specks are scattered across the gray surface, with thin light-colored veins visible in between. The honing process leaves a matte look without giving the surface any shine.

Using gray limestone indoors and outdoors
A stone that can be used indoors and outdoors: indoor floors and walls (residential and commercial), outdoor floors and walls, as well as the shower wall and the kitchen backsplash. If the outdoor floor is given a slope and drainage is installed, the stone lasts longer. In the shower, it is applied to the wall, not the floor. Other stones for outdoor use are on the outdoor tiles page.
Installing and sealing 60x60 limestone
Count around 2.8 tiles per square meter, and add cutting waste on top. For a tile with a 60 cm side, the flatness of the screed and the adhesive fully covering the underside of the tile are decisive. Limestone is porous; sealer is applied and repeated at certain intervals. Since the stone is sensitive to acids, use a pH-neutral cleaner instead of lemon, vinegar and limescale remover.
