Green ceramic on the backsplash
Sage is used on the interior walls of homes and workplaces, on shower walls and on backsplashes; it is not laid on floors, it is a wall product; in the shower too it is used only on the wall. It is not recommended for outdoor use. As it is a long, narrow rectangle, it can be laid in a straight alignment, half-offset or herringbone. For kitchen applications, see the backsplash tiles page.
Piece count and cleaning for Sage
Each tile covers about 0.01 m²; about 87.7 pieces fit in a square meter, so increase the order slightly for edge tiles to be cut. The tile is 5.7 cm wide and 20 cm long. As it is ceramic, no sealer is needed; the surface is wiped with a damp cloth and a neutral cleaner. Other ceramics are in the ceramic collection, and the shower tiles page has other models for wet walls.
