Product Description
The Sintra 3 Square Terracotta Tile 15.2x15.2 cm is a wall tile made of fired clay, with each side measuring 15.2 cm. Its color is white and its thickness 1 cm. One tile weighs 0.41 kg and covers an area of 0.02 m². The edges are beveled; this small slope makes the grout line between tiles more distinct.

Beveled Sintra 3 tile on backsplashes and in the shower
Sintra 3 is a wall product, not for floors. It is used on backsplashes, shower walls, and residential and commercial interior walls. The beveled edges mark the border of each tile with a separate line; as the 15.2 cm tiles come together, these lines form a distinct square grid on the wall. For the kitchen, see the kitchen backsplash page, and for other fired-clay tiles, the terracotta tiles page.
Piece count and surface care for Sintra 3
Calculate 43.3 tiles per square meter and add a waste allowance. One square meter of Sintra 3 covering weighs 18 kg. Care of terracotta varies by surface: the glossy-surface type wipes clean easily, while the matte or unglazed type requires sealing because it is porous, and this protection is done after installation.
