Shower floors with green Verde Tia mosaic
On shower floors, the grout joints between the small pieces help with grip on a wet floor; the honed finish is also less slippery than polished marble when wet. Shower walls, kitchen backsplashes, and floors and walls of residential and commercial spaces are also where Verde Tia mosaic is used. Shower options are among the shower floor tiles, and other mosaics on the marble mosaic page.
Grout and protection for dark Verde Tia mosaic
10.7 sheets are needed per square meter, plus a cutting allowance. Since it contains many grout joints, the grout color noticeably affects the look of the dark surface. Since marble is porous, Verde Tia sheets used in showers are protected with sealer, and the protection is refreshed over time. This stone is also sensitive to acids such as vinegar and lemon; pH-neutral products are chosen for cleaning the shower.
